Irina Janciauskaite

Irina Janciauskaite currently serves as Vice President of Tax at InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd since September 2023, following an extensive tenure at EY from October 2012 to August 2023, where Irina held various roles including Tax Manager in International Tax and Transaction Tax, and Operational Tax Advisory. Irina provided tax support to asset management clients in the real estate sector, specializing in buy/sell due diligence and international tax structuring, along with operational tax advice on AEOI regimes for global banking clients. Prior experience includes US Tax Manager roles at KPMG US and PwC, focusing on US tax compliance and international tax issues for corporate clients and asset managers. Education includes a Master’s in Taxation from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from American InterContinental University.
