Ana Busquet's work experience is as follows:

- Head of Customer Success LatAm at Infraspeak since July 2023.

- Customer Success and Experience Specialist Consultant at Sales Hackers - Sales & Customer Success Consultancy since July 2021.

- Head of Customer Success at Minha Ivi from June 2022 to June 2023.

- Head of Customer Success & Customer Experience at IBREP | Escola Imobiliária from May 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for creating and implementing various strategies, such as "tech touch" and "smart touch," to improve customer and partner communication and retention. Ana also trained customer service and support teams and mapped the customer and partner journey.
