Carlos Correia Santos is an experienced professional in people management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of People Journey at Infraspeak since September 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing the employee lifecycle and managing the People Partner team. Previously, Carlos held various roles focusing on talent acquisition, including People & Culture Lead at Infraspeak, IT Recruiter at PRIME IT CONSULTING, and Global Recruiter at Cross Border Talents.
