Fábio Martins

Fábio Martins has a strong background in engineering and development. Fábio currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Infraspeak since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Lead at the same company from September 2020 to August 2022 and October 2019 to September 2020, respectively. Fábio started their career at Infraspeak as a Software Engineer in February 2019.

Before joining Infraspeak, Fábio worked at Pixelmatters as the CTO from January 2015 to February 2019. Fábio also served as a Backend Developer at the same company from March 2015 to October 2018.

Fábio's earlier experiences include co-founding Skilleo, where they served as the CTO & Co-Founder from February 2013 to January 2015, and Triplesky, where they worked as a Web Developer from February 2012 to February 2013.

Fábio'scareer began at Iberian Golf Tour, where they served as a Web Developer from October 2011 to September 2012.

Fábio Martins has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Universidade do Algarve, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they attended Escola Secundária de Pinheiro e Rosa from 2002 to 2005, where they completed their high school education in Sciences and Technologies.

In addition to their formal education, Fábio has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Tech Lead Skills for Developers" certification from LeadDev. In 2013, they completed the "Human-Computer Interaction" certification from Coursera. Furthermore, in 2012, they obtained two certifications: "Software as a Service II" and "Software as a Service," both from edX. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained certifications in "Technical Strategy" and "Engineering Management" from Reforge.
