Product Operations at Infraspeak

João Beja's work experience begins in 2014 at G2A.COM, where they start as a Junior Spanish Help Desk Specialist and later becomes a Spanish Help Desk Specialist. In 2016, they become the LATAM Support Team Leader, responsible for mentoring and providing training to team members. João also collaborates with department managers to enhance the customer experience and ensures proper shift coverage. In 2017, they take on the role of Portuguese Support Team Leader, where they continue to provide guidance and training to team members and prepares statistical feedback on performance. João also contributes to process improvement projects and assists with technical issues. In 2018, João becomes the Technical Desk Team Leader, responsible for planning and structuring the team, defining goals and KPIs, and prioritizing workflow. In 2019, they join Infraspeak as a Customer Success Manager, providing support to all teams and managing customer relationships. In 2020, they transition to the role of Product Specialist, collaborating with business and engineering teams, planning product releases and events, and assisting with product-related inquiries. In 2021, they take on the role of Product Operations, where they are currently involved.

João Beja attended a professional course at Escola Secundária Filipa de Vilhena from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Computer Science and Telecommunications. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Informatics at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto from 2008 to 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2014, they attended Instituto Politécnico do Porto, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences.
