Manuel Ramos is the experienced Head of Customer Success at Infraspeak, responsible for global expansion strategy and managing a multidisciplinary team. Prior to their current role, Manuel worked as a Customer Success Manager at Saipem, where Manuel held the position of NDT Interpreter. Before that, Manuel held a role in Business Development at Aficor, Lda, and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Tesco. Manuel also conducted their graduation project at Galp Energia. Manuel holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed a Certified Trainer course at ENA - Escola de Negócios e Administração.
