Milson Silveira

Milson Silveira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Milson began their career as an Intern in Engineering Processes for Equipment Maintenance and Building at Hotel Jardim Atlântico in 2012. Milson then joined Softplan Planejamento de Sistemas LTDA, where they worked as an Assistant Project Manager and later as a Business Analyst, focusing on market analysis, market research, and financial evaluations for new business ventures. In 2017, they joined Resultados Digitais as a Customer Success Implementation Manager, responsible for managing the implementation process and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Implementation Manager, further showcasing their expertise in customer success. Earlier this year, they worked at Grupo Khronos as a Customer Service Coordinator. Presently, they are employed at Infraspeak as a Customer Onboarding Engineer, focusing on Brazil and Latin America.

Milson Silveira completed their Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at the Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz from 2008 to 2012. In 2014, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Project Management at Faculdade Senac - Florianópolis, which they completed in 2015. In 2021, Milson enrolled in a Postgraduate Lato Sensu - MBA program in Agile Management at Anhanguera Educacional. Milson also pursued another Postgraduate Lato Sensu program in Software Engineering at Anhanguera Educacional, which they completed in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Milson obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the "Matershipin Sales" certification from Winning by Design. In 2022, they completed the course "Information Security - Introduction" from Udemy. In 2022, Milson earned certifications in "PNL," "Produtividade e Gestão do Tempo," "Customer Experience (CX)," and "Inteligência Emocional 2.0" from Escola Conquer. Finally, in 2023, Milson obtained certifications in "Análise de Dados e Power BI" and "Excel Avançado" from Escola Conquer, as well as "Formando Campeões: Liderança F.C." and "Lógica de Programação" from the same institution.
