Talita Barbary

Talita Barbary is an experienced Employer Branding Executive currently working at Infraspeak since January 2025. Previously, Talita held the position of Employer Branding & HRE-goi at E-goi from July 2023 to January 2025, where Talita partnered with leadership to identify hiring needs and implemented talent attraction strategies. Talita has a strong background in employee development, engagement initiatives, and corporate well-being, having also worked on bilingual content and cultural campaigns at Checklist Fácil earlier in 2023. Previous roles include Marketing & Communications at Porto do Açu and Employer Branding at Seguradora Líder-DPVAT. Talita holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Sustainability from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
