David Shears

David Shears MBA has extensive experience in financial management, primarily in controller and CFO roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Controller at Infrastructure Alternatives, Inc. since January 2019, David has previously held leadership positions at Parkland and Holiday Inn West, where responsibilities included financial oversight, budgeting, and operational management. In addition to a strong background in accounting, including skills in P/L reporting, forecasting, and payroll management, David also has significant experience in operations management from tenure as Director of Operations at the Humane Society of West Michigan. With a Master’s in Business Administration focused on Management and Accounting from American InterContinental University, David combines financial acumen with effective team leadership and process improvement strategies.
