Chas Story Mbe

Chas Story MBE serves as the Director of Capital Programme Transformation at Arcadis, leading the UK Capital Programme Transformation community as part of a global consulting practice focused on improving quality of life through client engagements. With extensive experience at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, Chas leads critical reviews of high-risk government programmes, providing fast-paced consultancy for project delivery teams. Previous roles include Chief Engineer and Civil Military Interaction for NATO, responsible for strategic military engineering across multiple nations, and influential positions within the British Army, where Chas oversaw major equipment procurement, programme delivery, and operational strategies. Chas has also made significant contributions to educational governance through leadership roles at multiple schools. Educational qualifications include a BEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Defence Technology, complemented by various certifications in project management and military engineering.
