Sara Humber

Sara Humber is an accomplished Projects Director at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) since September 2022, with a robust background in project management and commercial finance. Prior roles include Programme Director for MIM 21st Century Schools at Local Partnerships LLP and MIM Programme Director at Welsh Government from January 2018 to September 2022. Earlier experience encompasses serving as Commercial Manager and Project Director at the Education and Skills Funding Agency, leading a significant £110 million project to construct 12 schools, and managing private finance projects at the Education Funding Agency. Sara began as a Solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard, where expertise was developed in private finance, notably on the Manchester Waste Project, following completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Oxford and a Legal Practice Course at Demontford University.
