Bill Coyne

Bill Coyne is the Senior Advisor at Infrastructure Group. Bill was previously the President of Coyne Consulting Services, Inc. from July 2008 to September 2013. There, they contracted for consulting engagements focused on optimizing sales productivity and implementing a consultative customer focused approach to drive revenue for various companies. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President Carrier Programs at TerreStar Networks from January 2007 to December 2008. There, they led the company’s business development efforts to identify, penetrate and acquire agreement from various Telcos to use a unique 4 G nationwide satellite service. Bill also developed distribution partnerships for future implementation upon satellite launch. Notable successes included securing a multi-million dollar order for TerreStar services with a nationwide telecommunications provider over one year prior to satellite launch and product availability along with establishing rural telcos to act as distribution partners. From January 2002 to December 2004, they were the Senior Vice President Client Services at Universal Access, Inc./Vanco. Lastly, they were an independent business owner from Self employed.

Bill Coyne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Joseph's University. Bill also has a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
