Pamela A. Buchanan

Pamela A. Buchanan is the current CPO & MD, ESG at Infrastructure Group. Pamela has previously worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Masuda Funai from June 2015 to July 2019, and as the Human Resources Manager - Immigration at Rush University Medical Center from July 2013 to June 2015. Pamela has successfully represented international and domestic companies entering, operating and expanding in the United States. Pamela has also optimized the immigration process at Rush by collaborating with external immigration attorneys to facilitate employees H1B applications, renewal of L1 statuses, obtaining permanent residency and applying for U.S. citizenship.

Pamela A. Buchanan has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Concordia University Chicago in Organizational Behavior. Pamela also has a Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University and is ABA-Approved. Pamela is currently pursuing a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of Pittsburgh. Pamela is also pursuing a certificate in Business Law & Criminal Justice from Western Illinois University. Additionally, they have completed the USF DEI in the Workplace Certificate Program from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Pamela has also received certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace. Pamela has also received certification from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Racial Consciousness. Finally, Pamela is certified by SHRM in SHRM-CP and Global Professional in Human Resources as well as by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
