Donna Bridgman

Donna Bridgman currently serves as the APAC Regional Chair for iM Women at Infrastructure Masons, focusing on enhancing diversity and women's representation in infrastructure careers. As Vice President of Design & Engineering at Vantage Data Centers, Donna leads data center expansion initiatives across APAC. An Independent Director at Marlborough Lines Limited and CORDE.NZ, Donna also contributes to engineering governance as a member of Engineering New Zealand's Investigations & Disciplinary Committee and EPAC. Additionally, as a Trainer at DCD>Academy, Donna promotes education in the Digital Infrastructure sector and holds leadership roles in Swimming New Zealand's Board. Previously, Donna managed technical services at Norman Disney & Young and was influential in diversity initiatives at GHD. Donna holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Auckland and has furthered education at Melbourne Business School and Harvard Business School.
