Hiep Truong

Hiep Truong has work experience in network operations and technical support roles. They started working at AT&T Wifi Services in January 2011 as a TSR and stayed in this role until August 2013. Then, in August 2013, they joined AT&T as a Network Operations Specialist and worked there until April 2019. Their most recent work experience is with Infrastructure Networks, starting in July 2021, where they hold a role in Network Operations.
