Kareem Barazi

Kareem Barazi has a diverse work experience in the field of network operations and technical support. Kareem currently works at Infrastructure Networks as a Network Operations employee, starting in 2022. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2022, they held various roles at B. Online KW, including Network Operations Center (NOC)- Shift Incharge and Network Operations Center (NOC) Network Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing, configuring, and troubleshooting networks of different sizes, overseeing NOC engineers, monitoring shift performance, and providing professional support to customers. Before joining B. Online KW, from 2009 to 2010, Kareem worked as a Retail Helpdesk Support at Zajil Int'l telecom.

Kareem Barazi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Aleppo University from the year 2003 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certificate from EXIN in December 2014. Kareem also achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco in July 2012 and the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification from Cisco in July 2010.
