Chu Kelvin

Chu Kelvin has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Director at Infrastructure Ontario since September 2014. Previously, Chu held the position of Project Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Infrastructure Ontario, Chu worked as a Project Engineer for Highways & Bridges at Hatch Mott MacDonald from January 2010 to September 2014, and at Bot Construction Group from August 2004 to December 2009. Chu Kelvin earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, completing the degree between 1998 and 2004.
