Glenn Okoro

Glenn Okoro, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Project Coordinator at Infrastructure Ontario, focusing on the commercial project delivery of the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit project in Toronto since August 2020. Prior to this role, Glenn was a Project Coordinator for the same project at CPCS from October 2019 to 2020, and a Senior Consultant specializing in infrastructure development across emerging markets. Glenn has also held positions at GLS Inc., where responsibilities included project financial planning and strategic initiatives, and at Panalpina, contributing to feasibility studies and logistics for significant mining projects. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Corporate Finance degree from the Corporate Finance Institute®, an MBA from Abertay University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from the University of Lagos.
