Chief Development Officer at Infrastructure Ontario

Heather Grey-Wolf has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of development and architecture. Heather has held various senior positions throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Chief Development Officer at Infrastructure Ontario. Before joining Infrastructure Ontario, they worked at Capital Developments (Canada) for three years, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President, Development and Stakeholder Relations, as well as Vice President, Development. Prior to that, they worked at Realstar Management as the Vice President of Development for a year.

Earlier in their career, they held significant roles at the Toronto Community Housing Corporation, where they served as the Development Director and was responsible for overseeing large-scale developments such as the Regent Park Revitalization and the Lawrence Heights Revitalization. Heather also played a key role in the development of Railway Lands.

Before their tenure at the Toronto Community Housing Corporation, they worked as a Senior Associate at N. Barry Lyon Consultants Limited. Heather started their career as a Summer Intern at HOK and later worked as an Intern-Architect at Duschenes & Fish, Architects for several years.

Heather Grey-Wolf has a B.Sc. degree in Architecture from McGill University, as well as a B.Architecture degree in Architecture (Professional) from the same institution. Heather also holds an MBA degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Masters of Business Administration.
