Jeff Parker has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jeff is currently working at Infrastructure Ontario as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Insights. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Partnerships, Research, and Insights at the same company. Before joining Infrastructure Ontario, Jeff worked in the Ontario Government as the Chief of Staff at the Office of the President of the Treasury Board. Jeff also served as the Executive Director of Policy & Expenditure Management at the Office of the President of the Treasury Board. Other notable roles include being a Senior Policy Manager at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, Research Officer at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, Lecturer at Western University, Teaching Assistant at Western University and Queen's University, and an Instructor and Seminar Leader at the Royal Military College. Jeff has a strong background in research, policy development, government relations, and leadership.
Jeff Parker completed their education history with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen's University in 2005. In 2006, they enrolled at Western University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Science, which was completed in 2012. Prior to their Ph.D., they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Studies from Queen's University in 2006.
