Leila Zhang

Leila Zhang, CFA, MFin, currently serves as a Senior Underwriter - Lending at Infrastructure Ontario, where responsibilities include managing the infrastructure lending program to support local development for Ontario municipalities. With expertise in municipal, commercial, and project loan underwriting, Leila specializes in credit analysis and financial assessment for long-term care home, affordable housing, utility and energy sectors, and nonprofit organizations. Previous roles include Underwriter in Commercial Mortgage Lending at Home Trust Company, Credit Analyst in Real Estate Secured Lending at TD, and Senior Accountant at Bing C. Wong & Associates, among others. Leila holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the Ocean University of China.
