Phil Dube

Phil Dube is a Land Acquisitions Manager at Intersect Power since April 2023, with extensive experience in the environmental and real estate sectors. Previously, Phil served as a Senior Project Associate at The Trust for Public Land, focusing on real estate transactions that promote open spaces in Maine. Additional roles include Yale GreenLight Program Manager and participation in workshops assessing water risk for the craft brewing industry. Phil's diverse background encompasses project management, GIS analysis, and research across various organizations, including the California Air Resources Board and the World Resources Institute. Phil holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Bates College.
