Rose Yao is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in loan operations and management at Infrastructure Ontario since May 2015. As the Manager of Loan Operations, Rose oversees a $6.3 billion loan portfolio, ensuring accuracy in funding and payment reconciliation while providing strategic direction and mentoring to the operations team. Previous roles include Senior Loan Officer and Loan Officer, focusing on high-value financial transactions, contract reviews for infrastructure projects, and the successful launch of new loan products. Rose holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
