Rupa Gill

Vice President, Procurement at Infrastructure Ontario

Rupa Gill, MBA, CSCMP is currently serving as the Vice President of Procurement at Infrastructure Ontario since May 2021. Rupa is also a Board Member at Supply Chain Canada, Ontario Institute since January 2022. Prior to their current roles, Rupa worked for OECM as the Director of Strategic Sourcing Solutions from August 2017 to May 2021. Rupa also has experience working at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services as a Senior Manager of Financial Control Unit, Project Manager, and Senior Business Project Analyst. Rupa served as the Manager of Business Improvement at the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and worked as a Senior Business Project Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Rupa began their career as an Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Finance and later held the position of Business Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.

Rupa Gill, MBA, CSCMP has a diverse education history. Rupa obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University in 2006. Rupa also holds a Certificate in Healthcare Supply Chain Management from York University in 2005 and a Certificate in Successful Business Negotiation Strategies from York University in 2019. Additionally, they are a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional from Supply Chain Canada since 2000. Rupa has further expanded their knowledge through various executive education programs at Schulich ExecEd, where they completed a Masters Certificate in Public Sector Leadership, as well as received training in Strategic Leadership, Results Leadership, Building High Performing Teams & Collaborative Cultures, and Executive Leadership. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications in diverse areas such as Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Agile Project Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Agile foundations from LinkedIn.
