Brendan Kevany

Brendan is Company Secretary for Infratil. He is responsible for governance, company secretarial and NZX matters and provides legal advice to the Board. Before joining Morrison & Co in 2022, Brendan was GM of Governance and Senior Counsel at Vector and prior to that was in private practice in Auckland and London advising on mergers & acquisitions, company and securities laws, capital markets and corporate governance.
