Kelly Kreager

Kelly Kreager has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2000. In 2000, they began their career as a Claims Manager at MedSolutions. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of the claims and collections department, monitored and maintained all productivity and quality standards based on client contracts, and managed the claims tasks. In 2004, they moved to Aquity Solutions as a Healthcare Documentation Services Manager. In this role, they managed a staff of 140+ home based medical transcriptionists, ensured contracted levels of service and quality were being met, and evaluated client and employee issues. In 2020, they joined InfraWare, Inc. as an Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing operational teams and client relationships, including performance levels for all clients. Kelly also reviewed operational processes and successfully identified unproductive time and unnecessary processes to help reduce costs and improve margin.

Kelly Kreager attended Western Kentucky University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
