Matthew Flores

Matthew Flores has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Matthew began their career in 2003 as a Summer Intern and Case Worker at Catholic Charities. In 2005, they worked as a Project Manager at Quality Constructors, Inc. From 2007 to 2008, they had a role in Patient Access at Dell Children's Medical Center. In 2009, they interned at Seton Healthcare Family in the Department of Diabetes Innovation.

In 2014, Matthew joined Diplomat - Specialty Infusion Group as an Account Manager. Matthew later worked at Factor One Source FAST Pharmacy, starting in 2017 as the Director of Recruitment and Development. Matthew then served as the Director of Hemophilia & Training from 2018 to 2019, and subsequently became the National Program Director for Hemophilia until 2020.

Currently, Matthew is employed at InfuCare Rx as the National Program Director since August 2020, and they were promoted to the position of National Sales Director in February 2021.

Matthew Flores has a Master's Degree in Clinical-Community Psychology from Texas Southern University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in General Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word.
