Milka Imanuela is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client management and project coordination. Currently serving as Client Success Ops at INFUSE since February 2024, Milka excels in liaising between clients and internal teams, overseeing marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results. Previously, Milka held multiple roles at SweetEscape for Business, progressing from Operations Team to Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing sales processes and nurturing client relationships. Earlier career highlights include project management at SweetEscape and event coordination at PT. Data Redica Hutama, as well as supporting casting processes in film production at Falcon Pictures.
