Jeffrey Shore

Jeffrey Shore currently serves as the Head of Operations at Infusion for Health since January 2025 and as an Operating Partner at Altamont Capital Partners since October 2022. Prior experience includes leading commercialization and operations at Phil, Inc., where significant revenue growth and operational improvements were achieved. Jeffrey has held key leadership roles at Kroger Specialty Pharmacy, driving substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies as Chief Operating Officer and overseeing critical technology initiatives as Chief Information Officer. Previous positions include managing substantial projects at McKinsey & Co., Valmont Industries, and Wells' Dairy, with a strong focus on strategic development, operational excellence, and team leadership. Jeffrey holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Masters of Engineering from Cornell University.
