Nicole is an award-winning multi-channel designer that leads the overall creative function at Infusion. Nicole brings with her over 18 years experience in strategic data-driven direct marketing communications. Her 12-year career at Acxiom was deeply rooted in financial services design where she worked with some of the nation’s largest financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Her subsequent years at Zeta Global expanded her creative portfolio to include other heavily regulated industries as well as an ongoing focus on financial services. What makes Nicole’s approach unique is her ability to understand the insight provided by the Infusion’s strategic advisory services about the unique client opportunities and priorities and then action against those opportunities with excellent creative delivered flawlessly. Nicole brings a deep understanding of key creative principles honed over many years to ensure industry leading digital and channel specific best practices are applied in all of Infusion’s creative deliverables. In addition to driving ROl, her work has also won numerous awards for clients across multiple industries —including a coveted ADDY award.

Nicole graduated with honors from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a concentration in design.
