Martin Appelson is the current Vice President of Operations & Business Development at Infyshine. Martin has over fifteen years of experience in business development and management, spanning across multiple industries.

Most recently, Appelson served as Vice President at Xinthe Technologies from October 2014 to November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for growing US business and partnerships for Xinthe Technologies with a focus on application development, systems integration, IT consulting services, project management, product development, and staff augmentation services. Additionally, Appelson managed client relationships in key accounts and oversaw the development of marketing plans to add value and improve the company's competitive position.

During their time at Xinthe Technologies, Appelson also managed business development and consultants for the execution of data center deployments, build outs, consolidations, migrations, and redesigns. Martin also directed strategy, product, and business development of a Retail CRM application for in-store navigation, marketing, customer service, personalization, and analytics to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Appelson served as team leader developing applications with onshore and offshore software development resources.

Some notable accomplishments during Appelson's time at Xinthe Technologies include securing a data center and infrastructure consolidation engagement at Aetna valued at $1.1 million as well as selling a custom Retail Dashboard connecting multiple data sources to visually manage and analyze sales, production, supply, inventory,

Martin Appelson's educational career has been focused on start-up entrepreneurship and investments. Martin started their own business in 2020, which was an accelerator for NYC startups. Martin then went on to get their MBA in finance and investments from Baruch College. Finally, they completed their BA in economics from Brooklyn College.
