Arnold Miranda

Arnold Miranda is an experienced Enterprise Architect with a robust background in leading architectural teams and initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Enterprise Architecture Chapter Lead at ING Australia, Miranda oversees the architects team responsible for executing the bank’s 5-year Modernisation Program. Previously, at Suncorp Group, Miranda enhanced the architecture team's maturity and developed the Banking and Wealth Technology Strategy. During an extensive tenure at Westpac, Miranda held several key positions, including Lead Enterprise Architect for the Customer Service Hub and contributed to the development of the bank's Technology Strategy. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Oakton and RailCorp NSW, as well as ownership of Tranzteknik, where Miranda led significant projects in financial analytics and integration. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney and a Certificate of Executive Leadership from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
