Aron Campbell has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and solutions. Aron started their career in 1992 as a Systems Engineer at Linc Computer in Japan, providing support for foreign financial firm IT systems. From 1993 to 2003, they worked at Goldman Sachs, where they held various positions including Network Engineer, Vice President of Network Engineering, and Vice President of Information Technology. During this time, they were responsible for managing network operations, data centers, and infrastructure projects.

In 2004, Aron joined Suncorp-Metway as a Solutions Architect, specializing in delivering infrastructure solutions for financial services organizations. Aron worked on projects related to life insurance, wealth management, asset management, and acquisition integration. Aron stayed at Suncorp-Metway until 2008, when they joined Mizuho Bank as the Head of Information Technology. In this role, their responsibilities included overseeing the IT infrastructure and systems for a complex international corporate banking business.

In 2014, Aron joined ING Australia as the IT infrastructure Solutions & DevOps Manager and later took on the role of Manager of Private Cloud Infrastructure. Aron led teams in building an intelligent monitoring ecosystem and providing it as a service to the entire business. Throughout their career, Aron has demonstrated their expertise in infrastructure architecture, solutions design, and project management.

Aron Campbell's education history includes obtaining the following qualifications:

- C- Youth degree in Football Coaching from Football Australia, completed between 2020 and 2023.

- MBT (Masters in Business Technology) degree from UNSW, completed between 2007 and 2012.

- Associate Diploma in Computing from Charles Sturt University, completed between 1986 and 1988.
