Bart van Ooy

Bart van Ooy has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on infrastructure finance, corporate lending, and client coverage. Bart currently holds the position of Director - Infrastructure Finance at ING Australia, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Bart held the position of Vice President - Utilities & Infrastructure Finance at ING Australia from July 2017 to April 2023. Bart also worked at ING from 2014 to 2017, where they held the positions of Vice President - Corporate Lending and Associate - Corporate Lending. Before joining ING, Bart worked as an Associate - Client Coverage - Services & TMT at ING Bank from 2011 to 2014.

Bart van Ooy has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management, Economie en Recht (MER) from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Bart then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BsC) degree in Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), completing it from 2005 to 2008. Afterward, they also attended Copenhagen Business School in 2007, where they earned another BsC degree in Economics. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Science (MsC) degree in Economics from VU Amsterdam between 2007 and 2009.
