Bien Ebonia

Bien Ebonia is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist for Retail Customer Interactions at ING Australia since January 2023, after previously holding roles as a Data Scientist and an AI Guild Committee Member. Prior experience includes working at Westpac from February 2019 to January 2023, where Bien occupied various roles including Senior Data Scientist and Senior Business Analyst in Data Analytics. Earlier in the career, Bien worked at JHA Consulting Engineers as a Level 3 Engineer, specializing in design consulting for the NSW ASP Contestable Industry, and at Connect Infrastructure Pty Ltd as a Project Engineer, overseeing project management tasks. Bien holds a Graduate Diploma of Data Science from Monash University, a Data Scientist Nanodegree from Udacity, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sydney.
