Carmina C. is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in leading non-financial risk initiatives across several major financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Non-Financial Risk Management at ING Australia since February 2021, Carmina C. has developed and implemented effective risk management frameworks in previous roles at Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, and Macquarie Group. Notably, at Macquarie Group, Carmina C. led the Group Operational Risk team and oversaw the development of core risk management frameworks and governance strategies.
