Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie Taylor (Papeix) has over a decade of experience at ING DIRECT Australia, currently serving as Team Leader in the Multi Channel division since January 2011, overseeing a team of around 15 staff members and collaborating with HR on recruitment efforts. Stephanie also held the position of Acting Contact Centre Manager for one year at the Sydney centre. Prior to this, from January 2005 to June 2010, Stephanie was a Team Leader for the sales team and existing business. Educational qualifications include a degree from Australian Catholic University completed in 2005 and a Higher School Certificate from St Peter's Catholic College obtained in 2001.
