Supriya Dangal

Supriya Dangal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Supriya began their career as a Trainee at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in 1999. Supriya then worked at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, where they were a Member of the Technical Staff and played a role in developing data warehousing initiatives in India.

In 2004, Supriya joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Programmer Analyst before transitioning to L&T Infotech, where they served as a Project Manager. During their time at L&T Infotech, they managed a Business Intelligence team of 25+ individuals and oversaw the delivery of various data technologies such as ETL and Reporting for Marsh USA.

After their tenure at L&T Infotech, Supriya held a Project Manager role at Tata Consultancy Services, where they successfully managed the delivery of a data masking project for Morgan Stanley, ensuring the protection of client information.

From there, Supriya moved on to Accenture as an Associate Manager, where they worked on project proposals, including scoping, coordination, estimation, and project planning.

Supriya later joined BearingPoint as an ETL Lead before joining SMS Management & Technology as a Managing Consultant.

Most recently, Supriya has been working at ING Australia, where they have held various roles. Supriya started as a Senior Consultant in 2016, then progressed to become a Business Intelligence Lead in 2019. Currently, they serve as a Chapter Lead for Data Product Owners, focusing on data initiatives and the discovery process for ING's Enterprise Data Roadmap.

Throughout their career, Supriya has demonstrated expertise in data management, project management, and business intelligence, working in agile and multi-vendor environments.

Supriya Dangal completed their education with a Masters in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1999. In 2019, they pursued online courses from Harvard Business School on Leadership Principles and Management Essentials. In 2023, they attended MIT Professional Education for Data Leadership.
