Vishal Shah

Vishal Shah is an experienced professional in information systems and project management, currently serving as ServiceNow Delivery Lead at ING Australia since September 2018, where responsibilities include the end-to-end delivery and operations of the ServiceNow platform. Prior to this role, Vishal was a Senior Consultant at PwC Australia, engaging with clients in the banking and financial technology sectors, and successfully implementing ServiceNow Business Management modules.
