Vishesh Shroff

Vishesh Shroff is an experienced professional in data analytics and operations, currently serving as the Operations Analytics CoE Lead and Customer Insights Analyst at ING Australia since August 2022. Prior to this role, Vishesh was a Senior Consultant in Data & Analytics at INGRITY, where efforts focused on integrating data analytics with internal audit processes for a global insurance firm, including risk identification and data engineering. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant in Data & Analytics, delivering market insights for the Superannuation industry, and a Trainee Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma Inc., where significant contributions involved developing pricing strategies and financial reporting for Fortune 500 clients. Vishesh holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from La Trobe University and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
