Tamara Bińczak

Tamara Bińczak is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Principal Expert Innovation Lead at ING Poland since February 2016, with prior roles as Senior Expert Innovation Lead and Relationship Manager. With significant experience in corporate client relationship management and innovation training, Tamara also held the position of Senior Relationship Officer at Deutsche Bank, where a strong portfolio of corporate clients was developed. Earlier roles include Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at Alior Bank S.A., Specialist in Real Estate Finance at Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A., and Junior Relationship Officer at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., focusing on credit analysis and property finance. Tamara obtained a PhD in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where education spanned from 2004 to 2019.
