Javier Serrano Bravo possesses extensive experience in the banking sector, currently holding the position of COO Lead of Sourcing and Providers at ING España & Portugal since September 2013. Javier has progressed through various roles within the company, including Operations Expert and Operations Analyst, focusing on business processes, customer accounts, and mortgage and loan processes. Prior to this, Javier worked at Bankia as a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst and at Banco Popular as a Commercial Banking Agent. Javier's career began at Caixa d'Estavils Laietana S.A. as a Commercial Banking Manager. Javier holds a Licenciatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
