Ercan's primary responsibility involves establishing security standards for applications and infrastructure within the bank, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations. They hold a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Marmara University and are pursuing a degree in Industrial Electronics Technology at Kocaeli University.
