Anna Hammond is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in structured acquisition finance and leveraged finance. Currently serving as Director - Legal Counsel at ING since February 2023, Anna has previously held the position of Vice President - Legal Counsel at Barclays from September 2018 to February 2023. Prior to that, Anna was a Managing Associate and Associate in the Banking department's Leveraged Finance group at Linklaters from March 2011 to July 2018, after completing a trainee solicitor role with experience across various sectors including corporate and real estate in London and banking in both Frankfurt and London. Additionally, Anna has worked as a legal secondee for Citi in EMEA Leveraged Finance and for Barclays Corporate Banking in Debt Advisory Legal. Anna holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Durham University and a Legal Practice Course qualification from The College of Law.
