Atefeh Naderkhani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. At ING, Atefeh served as a Business Change Manager, overseeing strategic risk and product control initiatives and coordinating cross-functional projects in market risk and regulatory change. As a Group Product Manager at Pioneer Investors International, Atefeh led the development of blockchain-based payment solutions while ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. Currently, as a Senior Manager III at Synechron, Atefeh leads a team to advance digital payment solutions, integrating AI and data analytics for enhanced security and regulatory compliance.
