Bogdan Sokalski

Bogdan Sokalski is the Head of Specialized Lending models, leveraging extensive experience in risk model development. Previously, they worked with ING as a Senior risk model developer on the IFRS 9 project and later as Team Lead for AIRB and IFRS 9 projects, where they successfully led the redevelopment of global models and coached a high-performing team. With a background in implementing Basel II regulations and developing credit risk models for SMEs, they hold a Master’s degree in Statistics and Econometrics and a degree in Philosophy from institutions in Poland.
