Chelsea Oei

Chelsea Oei is a skilled finance and business management professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, specializing in Finance and Environmental Sustainability. Oei has held various roles, including Recycled Plastic CNC Specialist at The Plastic Project, where core management of Singapore's first community-based plastic-recycling organization was a focus.
