Didier Bienfait

Didier Bienfait is currently the Head of CoE Cash - Assisted Channels at ING, where they have also served as Head of Cash Management. Previously, they held the position of Directeur Logistique at CEL Data Services from 2009 to 2017, focusing on logistics processes, ERP selection, and software analysis. Before their time at CEL Data Services, Didier was the Head of Supply Chain Management at ING from 1999 to 2009. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in IT with Grande Distinction from Haute Ecole provinciale de Charleroi - Université du Travail between 1985 and 1988.
