Fayyaz Ilahibaks

Fayyaz Ilahibaks is currently the Product Lead for SEPA Direct Debit in Payments & Settlement Services at ING, where they focus on enhancing product value and customer satisfaction. Previously, Fayyaz held leadership roles, including Head of Product at Restocks and Digital Product Area Lead at de Bijenkorf, where they developed strategies for various ecommerce domains. With experience as Chief Product Owner at ING, they have successfully led numerous projects involving international payments and instant transfers. Fayyaz began their career in communications and has expertise in UX/UI design, agile transformation, and stakeholder management.
