Gert Vermeer

Gert Vermeer has extensive experience in project and program management within the IT sector. Since 2007, Gert has served as a Manager at ING, leading several DevOps and Scrum teams to develop a new customer vision. Previously, Gert held positions as IT Manager Delivery Factory at ING, responsible for transitioning legacy systems to new applications, and as Project Manager at Atos Origin. Gert also contributed as a Project/Program Manager at VGZ-IZA, overseeing the launch of essential digital services, and served in various project management roles at Get There and KPN Telecom. Gert began a career in research and project management at KPN Research after earning an Ir. degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente.
